Send files and voice notes to your agent in Slack, Telegram and WhatsApp

Your agent can now receive files from the chat apps you connect it to. Send a screenshot, a PDF, a voice note or a short video, and the agent gets it as an attachment in its session.

What you can send​

  • Slack: any file you share in the message.
  • Telegram: photos, documents, voice notes, audio, videos and video messages, up to 20 MB each.
  • WhatsApp: photos, documents, voice notes and videos.

Stickers, locations and contact cards aren't supported yet. The agent replies that it can't read them.

How much the agent can do with a file depends on its model. Images go straight to models that can see them. Other files are saved in the session, where the agent can open them with its tools.
