Continue channel chats in Agenta
v0.125.2
Continue a channel conversation in the app
A chat started in Slack or Telegram no longer becomes view-only in Agenta. Open the chat in the app and send a follow-up there. For a project-visible channel chat, members whose role permits sending can write to it; the agent's reply also appears in the channel thread. See the change.
The owner of a private agent can connect it to a channel. New channel chats for that agent start private to the owner. A connection made by someone else stops answering if the agent becomes private; the owner can connect it again. Existing channel chats keep their visibility. See Share agents and chats.
Improvements
- Claude Haiku 5.5 is available in the model catalog and works in Pi agent runs.
- Agent turn-start lookups run in parallel rather than waiting for each independent lookup in sequence.
Bug fixes
- Switching chats while a first message is being prepared no longer loses that message.
- A turn that reaches its time limit keeps the work it completed for the next message. The runner also applies its output budget per step rather than per turn.
- Stopping a turn through the older stream route keeps its partial answer and records the turn as stopped.
- Resolving an agent with large inline skills no longer uses the slow token scan.
