Use AI provider connections across an organization

Connect once, choose where to use it

Organization owners and admins can add provider keys, custom providers, and supported ChatGPT or Claude subscription connections at the organization level. Connections are available to all projects by default; selecting specific projects is available with the Enterprise entitlement. Members can see the organization connections available to their project but cannot manage them. See the backend and Settings changes.

An agent uses an organization connection only when you select it. The model picker marks these connections Organization and saves that choice with the agent. Existing project connections and project defaults do not silently switch to an organization connection.

Improvements

• Settings groups AI providers, integrations, secrets, MCPs and channels under Connections.
• A saved model ID without a provider prefix matches its row in the model picker.

Bug fixes

• A failed agent run in a plain SSE or NDJSON stream ends with an error frame rather than stopping after status frames without explaining the failure.
• Additional access checks protect private agents and their channel chats.
