Cancel Connect Attempt

DELETE
/gateways/mcps/endpoints/:endpoint_id/connect/attempts/:attempt_id

Cancel one pending consent attempt. Its callback then writes nothing.

Idempotent: an attempt already settled, cancelled or swept is left as it is.
